Hey guys
Looking for some critisism of my diary, just wanting to know if I'm heading in the right direction - this week probably isn't the best week to ask as it has been valentines, we went out on saturday for lunch and I had full fat coke which I could kick myself for but before I really committed to doing this right at the start of the year I used to drink up to maybe 4 cans of juice a day, I'm now down to none exet for those few in the italians - in future I know to ask for water. might be best to look at last weeks as well as this weeks to get a good idea of my diet.
Any critisism welcome, good or bad :happy:

Took a look at the last 2 week, I would say you are on the right track.
Maybe add in more fruit and veggies, which are better then cookies and biscuits..
eat lots of protein and fibre this will make ya feel full! keep up the good work!0 -
Eating fresh soup on just about a daily basis which has at least 1 veg mostly 2 veggies on a daily basis and most diners I add veggies, its 100% fresh orange in a morning and a banana most days, the porridge I eat has lots of fibre0
