what EXACTLY are you guys doing at the gym?

I normally do all cardio, half hour on tread half hour on elliptical then maybe so machines of free weights. Am I doing enough? also.. I'm not really sure how to use free weights, what are the best exercises to do with them?

    I don't do the gym often... I'd get bored but I do it once a week.

    When I'm there I do 45 min arc trainer (I burn about 600 calories according to my HRM) and then 20 min or so of upper body. I will do tricep, biceps, and back using 10lb free weights. I also do push ups.

    I don't use machines anymore. I have resistance bands at home as well that I rather use than the machines.

    I get a 3 mile run in before I work out with a trainer for 45 min. I just finished my last training sesh so going forward, I'd like to do the exercises I was doing w Tracie on my own and run my *kitten* off of course. ;)

    I go to the gym 4x a week.

    Mon, Thurs, & Sat I do 30-45 min of cardio (treadmill or elliptical) plus my strength training routine my trainer gave me which usually takes about 30 min.

    Tuesday 45-60 min cardio (treadmill or elliptical)

    Then Sundays sometimes I'll go for a walk or run around the neighbourhood

    Wednesdays and Fridays are my "break" days but sometimes I'll do Xbox Kinnect Yoga or Tai Chi when I get home from work.
