1 whole wheat pita 150 calories
2oz of Boars Head turkey breast 60 calories
1oz of goat cheese 80 calories
Fresh baby spinach

Stuff it all in the Pita and stick in microwave for 25 - 30 seconds !
Sooo GOOD :)

  • That sounds good. I had to hard boiled eggs, pack of 100 cal fudge cookies, and a snack size of chips little over 400 cals but I am stuffed!! GREAT JOB!!

    .25 avacado 60
    2 slices oven roast deli turkey 70
    2 tbsp neufatchal cheese 70
    lots of sprouts onions and tomato less than 20
    under 300 and deliciouso!!! :tongue:
