1)If your resting heart rate is low (say less than 55) will that effect how many calories you actually burn? (increase or decrease?)
2)Will that effect how many calories an HRM would say that you burn?
3)Will that effect how many calories an exercise machine like a stationary bike says you burn?
4)Has anyone found an online calculator where you also input your resting heart rate and average heart rate during the workout to determine calories burned? (i have a HRM but it doesnt tell me how many calories i burn).
5) Will altitude effect how many calories you actually burn? or how they are measured? (live in colorado)
Thanks!!!
