MFP is saying to eat 50 grams of fat per day.. to me that seems like a lot?? The instructor for the classes I take says to keep it under 30.. That's what I try to do.. is that right??

You should aim for 0.35 to 0.45 grams of fat per lb of body weight. Dietary fat will NOT make you fat (unless of course you eat over maintenance)
I got 74 grams today matter fact.0
