Hello everyone!

Can anyone share some healthy, quick and easy home made stir fry sauces? If you know of a vegan one (or close enough to) that would be greatly appreciated as i'm so sick of buying jar stuff which is high in everything!

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth (I'm sure you can use Veggie broth I just always use a chicken base since its what I have)
    4 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
    4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

I prefer herbs to sauces but sometimes use low salt soy sauce. Most sauces have too much sugar for me.
  • My default is:
soy sauce + acidic fruit juice or puree (the liquid jarred pineapple is packed in, a little oj, a squeeze of lemon, whatever's around) + a touch of honey to if it tastes too salty + a little hot sauce or red chili paste if I feel like it
