Working out with Endometriosis?

I'm looking for any suggestions about how to workout with "monthly" cramping pain. For some people working out helps to relieve their cramps but ever since I was put on Depo Provera working out makes the pain worse. It could be what I do when I work out. I do a combination of weight lifting and between sets I jump rope. Any help would be much appreciated. Lately the pain gets so bad that I find it easier to just not work out. But I refuse to let this keep me from accomplishing my goals.
