Recipes with wonton wrappers

I know I saw a few on here, but can't seem to find them now for some reason. I actually bought them BECAUSE I found a recipe on here that I liked with them... oh well. Anyway, what are your favorite wonton wrapper recipes? (Anything that can stretch to feed five people are especially welcome!)

I did see one for cheese sticks, i just bought some light string cheese cut into two pieces or three wrapped a wonton around it and it is in freezer now,you are supposed to freeze so cheese and wonton cook same time..its supposed to bake 350 till wonton gets golden brown...i am going to try tommorow ...
