One cheat day a week ?

You have to have a day or two where you can eat something that you normally wouldn't, but choose wisely!! I have pizza, a couple of pieces or some wine etc, a bit of chocolate ( not a whole bar just a few pieces) or a choccy biscuit with a coffee because I realise that it is impossible to go through life and never have these sorts of food. I count them in, and if I go over, so be it, I don't beat myself up!! Everything in moderation, and if you go a bit nuts, get moving the next day with a great work out and eat well.0

SO glad I read this! Hubby weighs in on Fridays (I don't weigh in. I don't like scales - I go by my clothes and how I feel more). He always weighs in on Friday mornings, then Friday is normally our cheat day. Normally, it's pizza LOL But now I can feel NOT guilty about this!0
