1 ½ cup wheat flour
1 ½ t baking soda
½ t allspice
½ t cinnamon
5 crushed weetabix biscuits
1/3 C splenda
1 c yogurt (or 4 activa vanilla yogurts)
½ C milk (or buttermilk)
1 eg
¼ c olive oil
sprinkle with cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 400
Grease muffin cups

Mix dry ingredients
Stir in Weetabix and splenda

Mix yogurt and milk together and beat in egg and add oil

Scoop in muffin cups and sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon

Bake 20 minutes

Yummy…but don’t have too many…keeps the pipes clean the next day

you could post all the ingredients into the recipe calcualator at sparkrecipes and let us know the nutritional value--I LOVE weetabix---ever since my childhood--it is quite expensive here but still worth it.
