OKAYYY! sso im new to this so i dont know if this is how i would get help...
iv been struggling with weight for...forever so what
i need help with IS . i need to know an exercise or exercises that will target mostly mid section.
i do sit ups an go on my ab circle pro....which kills btw but i uess im wondering if theres little
tricks that helps withhh just getting that gut outta here ??
any kinda help would be smashing :flowerforyou:

hula hooping, I've heard is a great mid section work out. good luck~0

first rule, forget about targeting, it does not exist.
strength training to build overall muscle is the way to go.
Compound exercises are the way to achieve that, squats, deadlifts etc..0 -
abs are made in the kitchen, it is impossible to spot reduce.0

illl definally get a hula hoop. and ahhg! i always wanted to beleive u could target one section. cause ever since i started working agiann iv been loosing in my legs , *kitten*, but its harder to get my tummy down. i started doing sit upps alot and eating goooood. but i seem to stilll eat under my caloriee goal. cuz im on my feet litterly all shift and always active and walking hommme then wake up work out till i work. im basicallly..never sitting down..cept for ..uh now.0
