gained another 1lb

Okay so im half way trough week 2 of ripped in 30 and so far ive gained 2lb.
this is really putting me off ive not changed my diet around and im drinking more water than ever.
why am i gaining doing this dvd, im ready to chuck it in the bin.

    make sure u weight yourself the same day and time every wk!!! I cant weight myself every day, I lose confidence. Give yourself a chance. Especially if your new to exercise. Hang in there. Remember too muscle is heavier than fat!!

    If you're doing weight-bearing exercises that you aren't used to doing before, your body is probably retaining extra water to help repair and rebuild your muscles. It's a good thing in the long run!!

    I always gain a few lb when I ramp up the intensity of something. It can be very off-putting for sure, but it means our bodies are working to get better and stronger. :)

    I'm in the same boat! Working out doing the 30DS and the 6 pack in 6 weeks.....I've been putting on weight! I'm up 1lb! The only thing is I feel more toned so maybe just forget about the scales and measure it by how your clothes feel on.
