I've been logging in for 10 days now and love it! This site gives me the motivation I need to stay focused. I've been looking for something like this for a long time and am so glad a friend shared it with me. In just 10 days I have completely changed my eating pattern/habits and now can track what I eat and what I burn off so easily. I still have a long way to go but I think with this site and my new found love of the gym I just joined I think I can do it this time!
