LAST HURDLE! Please help if you can!

I'm 18 years old and was 159 lbs (11stone 5lb) at the start of my weight loss journey and I've lost 19 lbs making me 140lbs (dead on 10stone) which I am very proud of! But I still have 7-9lbs to lose to be my 'goal weight'! I exercise 3 times a week in the gym and walk 2 miles a day to and from college and I also eat very healthy but these last lbs just are not budging! it is mainly my stomach area and I am going to start Pilates this tuesday as I have read on here that it is great to get rid of excess flab from this area! but I would like more tips if there is anyone who can help!?
