HI Everyone!
I'm from Ohio, Cleveland Area and work as a Voc Rehab Counselor so I spend roughly 90l% of my day at work sitting. I've been overweight since I graduated from undergrad and after getting married in October I've had enough of being flabby so I'm joining the "Fight against Flab" as my own personal mission to lose weight so I can someday be a healthy mom, and stay a healthy loving wife to my wonderful husband.
I've had a handful of medical issues lately including new meds, and being diagnosed with Hypothyroidism - which after 6 months am still having tough time getting under control so I've teamed up with my doctor and finally asked 'what else can I do'. So I'm here to get back into the right weight categories and strive for a low carb - low calorie (between 1200-1500 per day range) food choices and getting back into working out. I played competitive sports as a kid and am finding without that coach or teammates to compete against and push me I have a really hard time sticking with any fitness plan but don't have the money to join a gym or hire a life coach...
Need some support and guidance if it's out there~ Have a great day!
