Delicious Dairy Free Cakes?

My boyfriend has recently needed to go lactose free and I was wanting to make him a birthday cake. If you have any kickass dairy free cake recipes, please post them here. Note these DO NOT HAVE TO BE HEALTHY. Yes I know how awful that sounds, but it's a damn birthday cake, taste is the only priority. It's only dairy free that's needed, eggs are fine.

Anything involving bananas and chocolate would be awesome. Thanks!

I have Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and have made cakes with the recipes many times. They always come out kick *kitten*.
Here is a link to her vanilla cupcakes. ALl you ahve to do is double the recipe and put them in the oven for 25-35 minutes. You have to watch them until they are done because all ovens vary.
