Hi

I am also new on here. I'm 5ft 2 and weight 12stone 6 - need to looses about 2 stone, tried WW, Slinmming World and paid lots but nothing worked now Im calorie counting and trying to excercise.

    Like the above peron said, just record what you eat, never miss a meal stay under your goal. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Don't "TRY" to exercise just do it. Do even 15 mins every day. If that feels good then do another 15 mins.

    Getting up and doing something EVERY DAY is key to success. Eating right is needed but the key to feeling better is moving more.
