If you want to try something, I've been having a lot of success with water. It seems to cancel out any of the bloating that comes with eating lots of sodium, as you're flushing out your system a lot. My personal challenge this week is to have at least 8, 8oz glasses of water, if not more, and it's made me feel so much better. Not to mention, I weighed in on Monday at 3 pounds over what the previous Monday was, and after a sneak peek at the scale, it shows that I'm back down to that first week's weight. The only thing I've really changed is how much water I'm getting down. Give it a try and see! Good luck to you on your journey!! :flowerforyou:0
