I have been on my weight loss journey since 7/2010 and have lost 146lbs. I am 5'8" and wanted to get down to 175lb. Well I reached that goal on 11/21/2011, then I decided I wanted to get down to 164lbs and then stop. I reached that goal on 1/3/2012. Well now I have been trying to take in a more calories each day to maintain and still do my exercising during the week. I guess I have been on a strict reduced calorie intake for so long I haven't been able to maintain! I am now down to 150.6lbs and with my height and the way I care my weight I being told I am too thin now! Who would have thought I would have ever heard those words. I just don't know how to get out of the mindset of losing and trying to maintain!

Congrats on your weight loss that is amazing. My go to right now is www.intense-workout.com love his advice. You can figure out what you need to maintain your weight. Then eat back your exercise calories. It may take a couple weeks for your body to adjust. Best of luck!0
