Small NSV ...but a victory nevertheless

I know this is ridiculous, but here is a small victory to the way to my goal. I have a Dr's scale at home where the big weights are at 50lb increments. Today, I slid the big weight over to the 200lb slot and away from the 250. I must confess, I enjoyed the sound of metal on metal and the final clunk as it slid in place
