Getting Serious - Could use some support

Hi fellow MFP members.

I have been on the site for about a month but, really started to utilize it and kick my weight loss into high gear. I tend to get I can get lazy and "Put of till tomorrow what I could have done today”. So if any one feels like helping me stay motivated I can use the support.

    Hi Jim,

    Once you start logging every day, it becomes easier, fun and exciting! Great sense of achievement and makes you want to stay "unlazy" :) Make a goal to start with a week of logging in, following through on calories as a start, and take it from there.

    Joining was a good start....so keep going!
