    I used to dread it and fear for 30, but not anymore...I'm in the best health of my life and the better for it. Plus, consider the alternative.

    I am not really stressing about it, the way I look at it you either get older or the other alternative, so I would rather get older, 30's here I come and looking hot here I come too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
