Stall HELP!

Any ideas on how to kick a stall... I know I have water weight, but I haven't lost anything in the past two weeks.. I do not over eat, I do workout anywhere from 30 to 47 mins. IDK what esle u need to know.. LOL Just help please w/ any ideas.. Thanks!!!
