Fruit Cakes

You would think I am logging a slice of cake when you put an apple or orange into the food log. What is the story with sugar from fruit? Is it just as bad as eating a piece of cake. Is it possible to lose weight if you are eating fruit even though the sugar grams go through the goals?

Sugar from fruit is natural sugar which is MUCH better for you than any other form of sugar.
If the sugar you are eating is from fruits I wouldn't worry about it. If it's from chocolate, cake, cookies, sugar in coffees etc than I would.0 -
I guess I need to put down the cake. Thank you for the insight.0
