Friday Challenge

Wanna play?

I found daily workouts on Pintrest, thought it would be fun to post as a challenge...

Friday

60 jumping jacks
40 Crunches
10 Sit ups
10 tricep dips
20 side lunges
15 incline puchups
10 oblique crunches (each side)
30 butt kickers
5 jump squats
15 jack knife sit-ups

You don't know the exercise I was able to find all listed by googling (sp?)

Have fun and report back when finished :)

    Got mine done and went for a walk, what a nice day to burn some calories :)

    Instructions

    Preparation

    Sit on floor or mat. Lie supine with hands to sides.

    Execution

    Simultaneously raise knees and torso until hips and knees are flexed. Return to starting position with waist, hips and knees extended. Repeat.
