    I lost 1.2 this past. week. I had not lost any last week so I am happy with this week!
    Time changes Sunday, more time for getting outside to exercise!!

    Do you all mind if I start today? My name is Ana and I just got diagnoses with prediabetes yesterday. I am going to set my pace at 1 lb per week. I will weigh officially on Thursdays. But, I am an every day weigher. I just have to do it, or I will waste a week. Thanks for the challenge. Congratulations to all - you are doing so well!
