Britneyblonde, yes, a small loss is better than no loss at all, and much better than a gain! Plus, 1 lb a week is the healthy way to go about it. You have lost 5 lbs since you started! Awesome!0 -
Started walking before lunch today. A brisk walk with a coworker around the complex. We did 30 minutes and I feel like a champ! Woohoo! I have put in a recurrent meeting to try and do this every day, weather and meetings permitting.

I forgot to weigh in last week. :sad: And according to the scale this morning I lost 0.2# from last time. BUT, I AM retaining as I should be starting my TOM soon. Hopefully, next week will be better.0 -

I know my little thing says I have only lost 1lb, but I wasn;t very committed when I first started and gained 5lbs so I guess my ticker doesn't show anything til I have lost below my original log in weight!! Good luck everyone!! I have 4 more pound to go til I meet my April 1st goal!!0 -

You are kidding right? You lost almost one pound! If you lost around that amount every week, you would be at your ultimate goal quicker than you got to where you are. You go, girl!
