Fed up and trying it again

I am 54 now and I am fed up with carrying 77 lbs plus. I am german but like to talk ( or write) english. Anyone need a supportive friend? I do!

    Hi I am new to the community. I have been on and off my diet over the last 9 months or so and just fed up with being over weight. :grumble: I have 40 lbs to loose and if you want we can buddy up.
