Can somebody help me understand how goals are determined?
How does changing the goal of how many pounds to lose a week change what i need to do in the amount of calories i need to take in daily?
I had set it to 1 lb a week and the calculator said i need to take in 1200 calories but when i changed it to 2 lbs a week - it was still the same at 1200 calories a day.
What do i have to do to drop the weight faster? The system doesn't tell me to eat less. I'm confused.
