I have just joined this, and am very excited!! I had gastric bypass in 2005, lost 100lbs., and have re-gained 40:( It is not a "magic bullet", only a "tool". I decided on 2-13 12 that I am getting "back on track". Started back at the gym, protein first, lots of water. In the last 5 days I am feeling so good! Sleeping better, sugar cravings are minimal, and doing 2 hrs. of cardio every day:) I will start back to running on 2-20-12.I will get these 40 lbs. off and make this a "lifetime routine":)
