I eat 5 times a day, once I start adding calories to my diet I will add them to my "snacks" and add a 6th meal. I try to keep it very consistant. My Diary is open!
Anyone feel free to add me!0 -
I eat 5 times a day for an average of 300 calories per meal. I call them all meals. I eat between 1500 and 1700 calories per day.
Meal 1: 8:00 AM Granola, Almond Milk, Blueberries
Meal 2: 10:00 AM Wasa Cracker with 1TBS Naturally More Peanut Butter, Banana
Meal 3: 12:30 PMThis week it's tacos with refried beans and applesauce. Vegetarian chili is an option among others.
Meal 4: 3:00 PMRight now it's Edamame and Pineapple.
Meal 5: Anywhere from 6:00 to 8:00 PM depending on workouts Varies. Try to stay between 300 and 500 calories.
The first four meals are eaten at the same time every day. So, I'm hungry at the same time every day. This setup really works for me. By the time I get hungry, it's time to eat so I'm less likely to binge or eat junk.0 -
It's always fun when I go shopping for the week and buy 30 or more bananas... I tell the cashier I ordered a monkey off the internet and now I have to feed it.

I eat 6 times a day and have it all logged on my diary. I like my last meal of the day to be dinner so I have 2 snacks after lunch the 2nd before I work out0

I eat two meals a day! Do I win?0

4-5 meals, 2-3 snacks, typically. Goal is 1550 calories.0

I try to eat small meals...but sometimes it is just too difficult with my schedule...the most I eat is 4 meals per day and those are on my run nights.
My goal is 1300-1400 calories per day.0 -
Wow! I never thought about eating this way to speed up my metabolism, thanks for sharing.0

5-6 meals a day really seems to work best for me. I get to feel like a pig without really being a pig. My calorie goal is about 1200 and my meals are generally between 200-300 calories as are my snacks.0

Different strokes for different folks...you just have to find what works for you.
I eat:
Breakfast (around 300 cals)
Snack (around 150)
Lunch (around 400)
Snack (around 150)
Dinner (around 400)
To lose a pound per week my intake should be at 1220, but I exercise 6 days a week so I almost always eat back my exercise calories. If I have a day I don't exercise and I'm a little bit over, then no biggie. That's just how I do it.0 -

6am-Protein shake 260cal, 46 g protein, 6 carbs
830 am,7 eggs and wheat toast.= 350cals, 39g protein, 22 g carbs.

Tea - 400 - 600 cals
