I 'bumped' this recipe months ago and only got around to making it tonight for the first time. First time I've ever cooked quinoa too.
Oh-my-goodness, how amazingly delicious is this!?! This is definitely on my 'to make again' list. So cheesy.... so bacony... so within my caloric limits... so awesome
I do have one question... how well does it freeze? (I have heaps of leftovers...)

I'm hesitant to believe you. Being a Hawks fan and all. :bigsmile:
Sounds great, will try. Probably just use low fat ham and fry it instead of actual bacon(CALORIEEES.)
Anyone got the macros?

Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Grain Quinoa, 2 cup dry - yields 1 cup cooked 1,360 240 20 56
Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - Mozza-Cheddar Light , 1.5 cups 360 5 27 36
Generic - Brown Egg, Whole, Large 50 g, 2 egg 142 1 10 13
Philly - Cream Cheese (Light), 40 g 72 2 5 3
Maple Leaf - Country Kitchen Smoked Ham Low Fat, 4 slice 55g 240 0 8 36
Add Ingredient
Total: 2174 248 70 144
Per Serving: 272 31 9 18
I don't add vegetables unless it's something like Avocado. Add the spray at your own will.0 -
