I'm brand new to the site. I've been filling in my food diary and tracking my exercise on Spark People for a couple of weeks, but love that I can use this site with my new smartphone when I am out and about. And I just ordered a Fitbit, which I am very excited about. I've always avoided counting calories, but now that it is made so easy, who can resist? I need to get this weight off and get fit once and for all.
