Ok so I started my weight loss journey early November 2011, so far I have lost 24 lbs with a similar number to go to get to my initial weight loss goal.

I am finding that I am seeing quite a bit of loose skin on my stomach and upper arms.

My exercise consists of a daily 1 hour walk with the dogs at a fairly fast pace.

What can I do to help tone the skin on my stomach and arms? Surgery is not an option and to be honest it isn't all that bad, just looks a little ugly.

I'm going to look at starting a joga or pilates class.

Are there any tried and tested creams or lotions for toning skin? I used to take Hyaluronic acid supplements when I have dieted before and didn't have this same issue, to be fiar though I was 5 years younger the last time I dieted significanlty. Yes I am a 'Yo Yo' dieter.

I'm 36, so not a spring chicken and I guess my skin has lost some of it's elasticity with age.
