Things I've Learned From MFP

I have been tracking on here for a couple months now and while I have managed to lose 18lbs and gain back 1, that's not what I value about MFP the most. This site is INCREDIBLE educational for me!!

Lessons Learned:

1. Drink ONLY water...there is NOTHING I can drink in a day that is worth losing 100+ calories to me!!!!
2. Embrace the mustard....I've always been more of a mayo kinda gal (hence the big *kitten*) but since I've started tallying every calorie, mustard holds a whole new appeal!!
3. Slow down!!! When you have less than 1500 calories a day, it's advisable to enjoy each one!!
4. All you can eat buffets are from Satan.
