I hope this helps keep me motivated enough. I have always had issues with weight my whole life. This is my last attempt before I consider getting oban. My sudden spike in stress because of life events have made me realize everything has to change. I will be 30 next month and feel unsuccessful about many things. For now I can only change what I am in charge of but as far as other things that I am not able to at the moment, I am thinking that they will change when I change. The world has a bad way of viewing people that are unhealthy. They automatically think that they're lazy slobs. I am tired of being treated with this type of judgement. I also want to wear whatever the hell I want to wear again and not feel like a prisoner in my body.

Let's get motivated! This site will help you stay on top of things. One thing that really help me was participating and workout challenges. This help my stay focus and push me to workout when I wasn't feeling it. I'll add you!0
