Yes after many years of hearing about HRM I finally got on the band wagon and bought one, should be here tomorrow. Anyone else use this type? Is it hard to setup etc? Love it, hate it? Go :)

I have an FT7 and it was extremely easy to set up so I imagine the FT4 will be as well!

Easy set up, love it. Hand/delicate wash the band weekly. Disconnect the transmitter from the band when not in use to improve battery life.

I have it! I absolutely love it. It's super easy to use (coming from me, that's saying a lot- I'm technologically inept).

Like it, can't say love because I loved my older Polar that died and this isn't quite as good (readout not as big and calories burned are on a different screen than the heart rate read-out. I like to see both numbers during spin class!) but it's fairly easy to set-up and I like that I'm not picking up the HRM next to me in class anymore!

Got mine for xmas-it is easy to set up and use. But for some reason mine won't pick up with push upps or plank moves-even after wetting the strap and making sure its on my skin right. Hopefully yours won't do the same.
  • Just ordered mine too. I am excited to use it and compare the actual calories burned.

My Ft4 is on the blink.

Today it read my HR at 195 as I just started on the crosstrainer. Wiggled the strap and it went back to normal
