I had been dieting, exercising, tracking my food and had only lost 1 lb in 2 months...it was frustrating.. My doctor told me he wanted me to do the South Beach Diet...i thought he was crazy but i've tried everything else...i lost 7 pds in 1 week!!! it was amazing...now i'm in phase 2 so i'm able to have some more things...anyway, if you are struggling and feel you are doing everything right but still don't see a loss.. try cutting back on your carbs...and don't eat any carbs after 5 pm...so they don't turn into fat..after you eat a sandwich, pasta, etc.. get moving..go for a walk, etc. don't go lay down..just try this and let me know what happens...

wow. I am happy to see you have finally found something that works for you. Everyone's body is different and react different to different diets. Just make sure you are getting the nutrient and vitamins your body needs.
