What time do you eat?

What time do you guys eat breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, snack, dinner??

Bfast ..before 10am,Lunch 12noon, Dinner Before 6...0

I eat more smaller meals kind of mirroring the Abs Diet.
Eat within 2 hours of rising
snack on protein and complex carb (nuts, fruit, or yogurt and fruit)
lunch a couple of hours after that
another snack on protein and complex carb (ham, raw veggies, fruit)
dinner (try really hard to eat by 6:30)
another small snack if i'm hungry, usually smoothie (I don't do this normally unless I'm extra hungry)

snack- between 2-3
dinner- between 5-6
larger snack- between 8-90 -

I eat at 7a, 11a and 3p with a small snack (read: a banana and 4oz juice) when I get home from the gym at 7p.
I get up at 6 am and go to bed at 10pm-if that helps you.0 -
Bfast at 8am, snack at 10am, lunch at noon, snack at 3pm, dinner at 5:30 or 6pm, evening snack at 8 or 8:30.0

I don't have set times... I eat breakfast within an hour of getting up and every 2-3 hours after that.0

I think i have the worst schedule ever! Right now, I wake up around 12pm, eat something at 2 (like cornflakes, or an egg), eat again at 5 (smokie sometimes), again between 7-9 (kraft diner, or supper if we can), maybe snack, and then go to bed at 1am to 3am. I used to drink pop like everyday, but I know I HAVE to cut that out
And it is really, really hard to eat anything healthy right now, we hardly have food in the house cause we can barely pay the bills. I dont eat that much fast food though because I live in such a small town we dont have any fast food here. Which I LOVE because I know I would be another 50 lbs over weight!0 -

Dessert:

Breakfast: around 9:30am - 10am
Lunch: Around 1pm - 2pm
Snack: Around 3:30pm-4pm
Dinner: 6pm - 7pm
Snack: 8:30pm - 9pm0 -
breakfast at 7
snack @ 10 (after workout)
lunch 12 - 1
snack 3
dinner 6
snack 8 (if hungry or if have sweet tooth I have a little fruit and yogurt)
I don't always do all of the snacks unless I had a great workout and my body is yelling at me0 -

although usually lunch and afternoon snack seem to run together :blushing:0
