how to track exercises I can't find?

Hello everyone! So I was entering my exercise in today and can't find burpees, jump squats or mountain climbers. Does anyone know where/how I can find out the information otherwise my exercise is incomplete most days and it frustrates me.

Go to my exercise then click on Create your own exercise and log the time and calorie burn... in the title slot just say what you did.........0

Also, generally speaking, moderate exercise equals about 100 calories every 10 minutes.0
