Running.... yay for me!!

So, I just got back from the gym and I'm pretty happy with what I did!! My goal was to run 1.5 miles and I did it... I didn't do it all at one time like I wanted to, but I still did it. I ran the first mile at 5.5 & 6.0, then walked 0.5 miles at 3.5, then jogged the last 0.5 at 5.0. Total 2.0 miles.

    Good for you! That's really fantastic. Keep it up and you'll be able to run it straight in no time. :drinker:

    Thanks!!!!!! My goal is to one day run a 5k and maybe even a 10k!!!! I know I'll get there eventually!!! I mean I'm almost half way there to running a 5k!!!

    That is EXCELLENT . . . The first time you participate in a 5K you WILL be hooked ! It is so much fun :happy: My daughter and I are entered in a 5K at the end of this month and at the end of May !!
