I can't eat my target?

The past few days, I've been finding it hard to eat my daily goal. I've also started the 30 day shred, and I'm on day 3. I'm sore, stiff, but I feel it's working because I can actually do a few push-ups now. Before I was completely hopeless.

Why am I losing my appetite? Also, I was told that eating carbs before working out then eating protein afterwards is a good idea, does anyone have any meal ideas?

My diary is public if anyone wants a look. I've recently started making my own smoothies so all my sugar is consumed at breakfast, hahaha.
