Hip Hop Abs

I LOVE Hip Hop Abs and get a good calorie burn from it (over 600 cals in 1 hour!), but I'm wondering if anyone out there has had significant abs results from this DVD? I'd like to put my efforts towards the DVD's in my collection that seem to be working well for others too.
