This finally makes sense to me!

I read something that FINALLY made the eating back exercise calories make sense to me. In a nutshell...you are eating to gain muscle (which obviously means you have to make good, healthy choices), which burns more calories than fat, you are exercising to lose fat! Now, that makes sense to me!
Here's to eating those calories back with lean chicken, egg whites, and other healthy foods!

It is also so you don't kill your metabolism by eating to little as well. Your body does not react well to low calories all the time and it will adapt by slowing down the burning of the calories.0
