hi ive been trying so many diets over the past few years and ive never really stuck to anything. i had a baby a few months ago and now i really need to loose some weight and get in shape. i don't know anyone on here but i'd like to meet some new people and hear about some of the things they've done to loose weight and foods that have helped them keep it off. i do exercise but just at home i have an exercise bike, an ab lounge and i dance a lot to dance central on kinect, so any exercise tips would also be handy im going to be on here everyday since i have the app on my smartphone so if there''s anyone that would like to share on this journey with me id appreciate it. i'm supposed to consume 1200 calories per day so if you have any meal or snack suggestions or jus simple motivational comments i could use them all. thanks so much in advance everyone on here seems so nice

I am on 1500 cal diet, but i try to eat 1300.
Looking to lose around 20-30lbs of fat.

Great thing about this is it's not really a diet. It helps you be more aware of what you are eating. I find myself making better choices. I have 50 pounds to lose so friend me if you like we can take the journey together. The more friends the better.0

The biggest thing for me is veggies, they help to fill you up but are low in calories. This kind of forces you to make better choices, because you can either have one hamburger for 600 calories or you can have a full meal for the same calories. It was a big change for me, but it's working so I'm going to keep with it.
Just try to choose healthy meals and snacks. And plan ahead, if you are going out to eat look up the menu online and decide what you will eat before you go. You would be surprized how many calories some things have.
