what vitamins should i be taking everyday? i lack energy, im 28 ... how do i determine what i need?

    If you're lethargic you should get some blood work done by your Doctor, in the meantime take a general multivitamin, and focus on eating more green, or white, or orange veggies, with your meals. Drop the sodas and other diet drinks, and get plenty of water.
  • Take a multivitamin, and as the previous poster said get blood work done. Go to your diary settings and see how much of the daily vitamins you have been eating. Also check iron and potassium, which are more likely to make you feel lethargic with deficiency.
