This time last year when I dieted (started off at 165lbs and got down to 133lbs) I lost the weight so quickly, like I'd literally feel like I was losing a pound a day but I had a lot of binge days in between. For some reason I've been dieting solidly for the last week (I was back to 147lbs) and I have lost a single pound. What?

I have gone over 1200 calories slightly a few of the days, could that be the cause?

you might not be eating enough. the body holds on to all the fat it gets once you dont give it enough fuel.

You do a lot of quick calories, so it is hard to get a clear picture of your food intake. From what I did see you aren't eating enough fruits and veggies. Also, try adding sodium to your diary. Sometimes if my sodium is high-even if I have eaten really well- then I don't lose weight.
Good luck and remember it is a journey not a race!

Certain times of month are harder to lose weight than others too. Give it two more weeks and then see if you've started to lose!
