The scale lies! Pull out that tape measure! I'm 5lbs heavier than my lightest weight, but two pants sizes smaller. Also, since you are so close to maintenance, I'd start slowly increases your calories to maintenance levels. Maybe increase about 100 cals per week. By the time you are at maintenance, those last few pounds will have probably gone away!0

I keep losing and gaining the same 4 pounds and it is driving me nuts! I have however lost inches but I am obese so like...should I gain when I am actually losing? I thought that heavier people lost faster. I guess I am different in that way. (sigh) I hope you get out of the 2lb rut.0
