Okay, I am getting started today, trying to lose some weight, as I just can't seem to do it by myself. I started working out about a month and a half ago, running and doing aerobics 5x a week, did not change how I ate and lost absolutely nothing... very frustrating. Hopefully the calorie tracking will help. Not sure if I add every ingredient that I use to make a dinner, lunch etc. For example, how would I enter tacos or lasagna or homemade soups?

Hey. im no pro but ive had the same experience as you with working out and pigging out! I guess i should be thankfull i didnt gain a ton. What i do for dinner is measure everything for example in lasagna if the portion you are eating has about 1 cup of noodles you track that along with cheese and every oher ingredient. I want to be very accurate with what im eating. GOOD LUCK!
