I have IBS & Barrett's esophagus disease and I have found that limiting my dairy, cutting out processed food and moving more have greatly reduced my stomach issues. Have you tried the probiotic Align? My gastro specialist recommended it & I am so much more comfy. I used to take a probiotic blen, but the specialit said the blends often cause more acid & discomfort. The Align has really helped me.
I would also urge ou to try & reduce your stress level. Stress gives me tomach pain almost instantly.

Have you tried cutting out gluten? That was one of the main symptoms I had growing up, even to the point that at random other foods would make me 'sick'. Like there would be periods where I couldn't have milk, or any meat at all, etc. Cutting out gluten has made all the difference.

It;s actually incredibly common, though most people don't know they have it. Up to 1 in 4 people have SOME sort of intolerance ranging from severe,to purely emotional like depression and constant irritability.

It's because the grains have been so modified and so over processed as we have grown it over the years that some people's bodies treat it like a poison.

Hello , i have been trying to loose weight for close to a month now, i i have a hard time with digestion on many foods. i started drinking soy milk, eating tofu, more almonds and others. I seem to get bloated easily as well ,

can anyone suggest foods that are easy to absorb without always refering to my Maalox to help me out.

ps : i already take Nexium once a day and have been doing this for many years.

PS: if anyone has receipes to share that is GOOD stomach and low in acide please add me as a contact.

Is anyone Speak French as well ? I am from Canada therefore i would take Canadian food only as in the UK or USA the foods are not the same and hard to find in CANADA,
    Merci, buenos dias, Thank you:smile:

Limit wheat products, especially white breads. I have been pretty much gluten free for 6 weeks and I havent had heart burn once since I stopped eating wheat! Also, limit stress, caffine, processed foods and unfortunitly alcohol lol.

I'm from Canada, but I dont speak french...My son is in frech immersion....He corrects my attempts at french alot when Im "trying" to help him with homework lol

Chip shop chips... But they're unhealthy anyway, so it's not too much of a problem.

    Mix:

    2 baby cucumbers
    fresh ground ginger (2 tbsp)
    Lime
    Tobasco

in a gallon of water and drink that daily for 2 weeks.
    It clears lower GI issues.

I used to have IBS when I started getting in shape and now I dont.
Im an IIFYM kinda guy too.

Also look into your soy allergens!
    Maybe soy isnt for you.
